F系列(lie)減(jian)速(su)電(dian)機(ji)在(zai)(zai)更換(huan)低帶軸(zhou)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)后,齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)存在(zai)(zai)明(ming)顯不平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng),為(wei)此,必須對(dui)F系列(lie)減(jian)速(su)電(dian)機(ji)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)試驗(yan),使其工(gong)作在(zai)(zai)允許(xu)的(de)(de)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)精度(du)范圍內。為(wei)了(le)不影響(xiang)正常(chang)的(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)產秩序(xu)(xu),決(jue)定(ding)(ding)在(zai)(zai)施工(gong)現(xian)場對(dui)平(ping)(ping)行(xing)(xing)(xing)軸(zhou)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)減(jian)速(su)機(ji)的(de)(de)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)現(xian)場靜(jing)(jing)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)試驗(yan)。通常(chang)情況下(xia),在(zai)(zai)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)發生(sheng)(sheng)靜(jing)(jing)態不平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)時,需(xu)要將被 測零(ling)件安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)在(zai)(zai)芯軸(zhou)上,在(zai)(zai)專用的(de)(de)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)導軌支(zhi)架(jia)(jia)上進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)靜(jing)(jing)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)試驗(yan),常(chang)用的(de)(de)靜(jing)(jing)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)支(zhi)架(jia)(jia)有圓柱形平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)架(jia)(jia)和棱形平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)架(jia)(jia)兩種,結合(he)生(sheng)(sheng)產中(zhong)的(de)(de)實(shi)際情況,如(ru)果將平(ping)(ping)行(xing)(xing)(xing)軸(zhou)減(jian)速(su)機(ji)的(de)(de)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)拆(chai)卸下(xia)來進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)試驗(yan),所需(xu)時間(jian)長,經(jing)濟投入(ru)大,于(yu)是決(jue)定(ding)(ding)嘗(chang)試在(zai)(zai)現(xian)場利用F系列(lie)減(jian)速(su)電(dian)機(ji)箱體替代(dai)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)導軌支(zhi)架(jia)(jia),結合(he)實(shi)際工(gong)礦條件進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)試驗(yan),這樣可又省去拆(chai)除(chu)、裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配等工(gong)序(xu)(xu),使平(ping)(ping)行(xing)(xing)(xing)軸(zhou)減(jian)速(su)機(ji)在(zai)(zai)工(gong)作狀(zhuang)態下(xia)即可獲得較高的(de)(de)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)精度(du)。
通過(guo)實踐,我們積累了定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)經驗(yan),具(ju)體的(de)(de)(de)操作(zuo)(zuo)方(fang)法(fa)如下(xia):找(zhao)正(zheng)F系列(lie)減速電機下(xia)箱體,水平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)度偏差(cha)為<0.02mm/1000mm,以保證靜平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)達到較高的(de)(de)(de)精度。測定(ding)不平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)方(fang)位:用手盤動齒輪,使其(qi)緩慢轉(zhuan)動,待靜止后(hou),在(zai)轉(zhuan)子(zi)外圓高點(dian)做標記,然后(hou)在(zai)相反(fan)的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)向重(zhong)復操作(zuo)(zuo),如此反(fan)復3-4次,各(ge)標記的(de)(de)(de)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)均點(dian)即為輕(qing)點(dian),記作(zuo)(zuo)B點(dian)。若轉(zhuan)子(zi)存(cun)在(zai)不平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng),則在(zai)靜止狀態下(xia),轉(zhuan)子(zi)的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)點(dian)A應位于下(xia)方(fang)位置,則A點(dian)即為不平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)量所在(zai)的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)位,而上方(fang)為輕(qing)點(dian)B點(dian)。
測(ce)定平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)大小:先將平(ping)(ping)行軸減速箱(xiang)被測(ce)零件的(de)(de)(de)(de)A點(dian)(dian)(即偏(pian)重(zhong)(zhong)方(fang)位)轉(zhuan)至水平(ping)(ping)位置,在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)A點(dian)(dian)對稱位置的(de)(de)(de)(de)配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)圓上B點(dian)(dian)加(jia)試(shi)加(jia)配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)Q,Q的(de)(de)(de)(de)質(zhi)量數(shu)值由試(shi)驗確定,即用彈簧秤(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)讀數(shu)即為(wei)該試(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)重(zhong)(zhong)量,在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)B點(dian)(dian)加(jia)上試(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)后(hou)(hou),將A點(dian)(dian)反轉(zhuan)180度,使其重(zhong)(zhong)新(xin)處(chu)于(yu)水平(ping)(ping)位置,然后(hou)(hou)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)B點(dian)(dian)試(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)部(bu)位粘貼上定重(zhong)(zhong)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)附加(jia)試(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)g(碎(sui)磁(ci)鐵(tie)塊(kuai)),其大小剛好使F系列(lie)減速電機(ji)齒輪(lun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)偏(pian)重(zhong)(zhong)作(zuo)用下B點(dian)(dian)向(xiang)(xiang)下轉(zhuan)動為(wei)止(zhi)。分兩次測(ce)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)是為(wei)了消除受軸承摩擦力的(de)(de)(de)(de)影響(xiang)造成的(de)(de)(de)(de)測(ce)量誤差。欲使零件達到靜平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng),則在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)B點(dian)(dian)所(suo)加(jia)的(de)(de)(de)(de)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)量Q0=Q+1/2gd. 加(jia)上配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)塊(kuai)后(hou)(hou),將齒輪(lun)向(xiang)(xiang)下、向(xiang)(xiang)上兩個方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)轉(zhuan)動若干次,進行平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)品質(zhi)檢查,觀察(cha)齒輪(lun)是否能夠在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)做任(ren)意(yi)位置停(ting)留,若齒輪(lun)能在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)任(ren)意(yi)位置停(ting)留,說明齒輪(lun)各位置均處(chu)于(yu)相同的(de)(de)(de)(de)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)狀態。若齒輪(lun)不能在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)任(ren)何位置停(ting)留,則沿(yan)存在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)不明顯(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)不平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng),需要(yao)進行精平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)
