     F系列減速電(dian)機(ji)應用案例FA97齒(chi)輪(lun)箱(xiang)。我們平(ping)常使用(yong)的(de)(de)平(ping)行(xing)軸(zhou)減速機,都屬(shu)于(yu)旋轉體,由(you)于(yu)材質不(bu)均勻、毛坯缺(que)陷、加工及裝配中(zhong)產生(sheng)的(de)(de)誤(wu)差、設計時(shi)非(fei)對稱幾何形狀等各種因素,使F系列(lie)減速電機在旋轉過程(cheng)中(zhong),因存在不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)而(er)產生(sheng)離心慣性(xing)(xing)力,且隨著旋轉而(er)不(bu)斷周(zhou)期性(xing)(xing)地改變(bian)方向,使旋轉中(zhong)心的(de)(de)位(wei)置無法固(gu)定(ding)不(bu)變(bian),進而(er)引起平(ping)行(xing)軸(zhou)減速機機械振動、噪音、軸(zhou)承磨損加速、機械壽命縮短,嚴重(zhong)時(shi)會引發(fa)破壞性(xing)(xing)安全(quan)事(shi)故(gu)。

F系列減(jian)(jian)速電(dian)機(ji)(ji)在(zai)(zai)(zai)更(geng)換低(di)帶軸齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)后(hou),齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)存在(zai)(zai)(zai)明(ming)顯不(bu)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng),為此,必(bi)須對F系列減(jian)(jian)速電(dian)機(ji)(ji)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)試(shi)(shi)驗,使其工(gong)(gong)作在(zai)(zai)(zai)允許的(de)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)精度范圍內。為了不(bu)影(ying)響正常(chang)(chang)的(de)生產(chan)秩序,決定在(zai)(zai)(zai)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)現場(chang)對平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)行(xing)(xing)(xing)軸齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)減(jian)(jian)速機(ji)(ji)的(de)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)現場(chang)靜平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)試(shi)(shi)驗。通常(chang)(chang)情況下,在(zai)(zai)(zai)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)發(fa)生靜態不(bu)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)時(shi),需要將被 測零件安裝在(zai)(zai)(zai)芯軸上,在(zai)(zai)(zai)專用的(de)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)導(dao)軌支架上進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)靜平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)試(shi)(shi)驗,常(chang)(chang)用的(de)靜平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)支架有圓柱形(xing)(xing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)架和(he)棱形(xing)(xing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)架兩(liang)種,結(jie)合(he)生產(chan)中的(de)實際情況,如(ru)果將平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)行(xing)(xing)(xing)軸減(jian)(jian)速機(ji)(ji)的(de)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)拆卸(xie)下來進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)試(shi)(shi)驗,所需時(shi)間長,經濟投入大,于是決定嘗(chang)試(shi)(shi)在(zai)(zai)(zai)現場(chang)利用F系列減(jian)(jian)速電(dian)機(ji)(ji)箱體替代平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)導(dao)軌支架,結(jie)合(he)實際工(gong)(gong)礦條件進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)試(shi)(shi)驗,這樣可(ke)又省(sheng)去拆除、裝配(pei)等工(gong)(gong)序,使平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)行(xing)(xing)(xing)軸減(jian)(jian)速機(ji)(ji)在(zai)(zai)(zai)工(gong)(gong)作狀態下即可(ke)獲得較高的(de)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)精度。
通(tong)過實(shi)踐,我們積累了定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)經(jing)驗(yan),具體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)操作方(fang)(fang)法如下(xia):找正F系列減速電機下(xia)箱體(ti),水平(ping)度偏差為(wei)(wei)<0.02mm/1000mm,以(yi)保證靜(jing)平(ping)衡達到(dao)較(jiao)高的(de)(de)(de)精(jing)度。測定(ding)不平(ping)衡方(fang)(fang)位:用手盤動齒(chi)輪,使(shi)其(qi)緩慢轉(zhuan)動,待(dai)靜(jing)止(zhi)后(hou),在(zai)(zai)轉(zhuan)子外圓高點(dian)做標(biao)記(ji),然后(hou)在(zai)(zai)相(xiang)反的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)重復(fu)操作,如此反復(fu)3-4次,各標(biao)記(ji)的(de)(de)(de)平(ping)均點(dian)即為(wei)(wei)輕點(dian),記(ji)作B點(dian)。若轉(zhuan)子存(cun)在(zai)(zai)不平(ping)衡,則(ze)(ze)在(zai)(zai)靜(jing)止(zhi)狀態下(xia),轉(zhuan)子的(de)(de)(de)重點(dian)A應(ying)位于(yu)下(xia)方(fang)(fang)位置(zhi),則(ze)(ze)A點(dian)即為(wei)(wei)不平(ping)衡量(liang)所(suo)在(zai)(zai)的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)(fang)位,而上(shang)方(fang)(fang)為(wei)(wei)輕點(dian)B點(dian)。
測定平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)的(de)(de)大(da)(da)小(xiao):先將(jiang)平(ping)(ping)行軸減速(su)箱被(bei)測零(ling)件的(de)(de)A點(dian)(dian)(dian)(即(ji)偏重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)方(fang)位(wei)(wei))轉(zhuan)(zhuan)至水(shui)平(ping)(ping)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)A點(dian)(dian)(dian)對稱位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)配重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)圓上B點(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)試(shi)加(jia)(jia)配重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)Q,Q的(de)(de)質量(liang)數(shu)值由試(shi)驗確定,即(ji)用(yong)彈簧秤(cheng)的(de)(de)讀數(shu)即(ji)為(wei)該(gai)試(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量(liang),在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)B點(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)上試(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)后(hou),將(jiang)A點(dian)(dian)(dian)反轉(zhuan)(zhuan)180度(du),使其重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)新處于水(shui)平(ping)(ping)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),然(ran)后(hou)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)B點(dian)(dian)(dian)試(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部位(wei)(wei)粘貼上定重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)的(de)(de)附(fu)加(jia)(jia)試(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)g(碎磁鐵塊(kuai)),其大(da)(da)小(xiao)剛(gang)好使F系(xi)列減速(su)電機齒輪(lun)(lun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)偏重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)作用(yong)下B點(dian)(dian)(dian)向(xiang)下轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動為(wei)止。分兩(liang)次(ci)測量(liang)的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)是為(wei)了(le)消(xiao)除(chu)受軸承摩擦力的(de)(de)影響造成(cheng)的(de)(de)測量(liang)誤差(cha)。欲使零(ling)件達到靜平(ping)(ping)衡(heng),則在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)B點(dian)(dian)(dian)所加(jia)(jia)的(de)(de)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)Q0=Q+1/2gd. 加(jia)(jia)上配重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)塊(kuai)后(hou),將(jiang)齒輪(lun)(lun)向(xiang)下、向(xiang)上兩(liang)個方(fang)向(xiang)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動若(ruo)干次(ci),進(jin)行平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)品(pin)質檢查,觀(guan)察齒輪(lun)(lun)是否能夠在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)做任(ren)意位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)停留(liu),若(ruo)齒輪(lun)(lun)能在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)任(ren)意位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)停留(liu),說明(ming)齒輪(lun)(lun)各位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)均處于相(xiang)同的(de)(de)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)狀態。若(ruo)齒輪(lun)(lun)不(bu)(bu)能在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)任(ren)何位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)停留(liu),則沿存在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)不(bu)(bu)明(ming)顯的(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng),需要(yao)進(jin)行精平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)
