     F系列(lie)減速電機應用案例FA97齒輪箱(xiang)。我(wo)們平(ping)常使用的平(ping)行(xing)軸減(jian)速機(ji)(ji),都屬(shu)于(yu)旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)轉體(ti),由于(yu)材質不(bu)均(jun)勻、毛坯缺陷、加(jia)工及裝(zhuang)配中產生(sheng)的誤差、設計時(shi)非對稱幾何形狀等各(ge)種因素,使F系列減(jian)速電機(ji)(ji)在旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)轉過(guo)程中,因存在不(bu)平(ping)衡而產生(sheng)離心(xin)慣性(xing)力,且(qie)隨(sui)著旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)轉而不(bu)斷周期性(xing)地改變方向,使旋(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)轉中心(xin)的位置(zhi)無法固定不(bu)變,進而引起平(ping)行(xing)軸減(jian)速機(ji)(ji)機(ji)(ji)械(xie)振動(dong)、噪音、軸承(cheng)磨損加(jia)速、機(ji)(ji)械(xie)壽(shou)命縮(suo)短,嚴重時(shi)會引發(fa)破壞性(xing)安全事故(gu)。

F系列減速(su)(su)電機(ji)(ji)(ji)在(zai)(zai)(zai)更換(huan)低(di)帶軸(zhou)(zhou)齒輪(lun)(lun)后,齒輪(lun)(lun)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)明顯不(bu)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng),為(wei)此,必須對F系列減速(su)(su)電機(ji)(ji)(ji)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)試(shi)驗,使其(qi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)在(zai)(zai)(zai)允許的(de)(de)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)精度范圍內。為(wei)了(le)不(bu)影響正常的(de)(de)生(sheng)產(chan)秩序(xu),決定在(zai)(zai)(zai)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)現(xian)場(chang)對平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)行(xing)(xing)軸(zhou)(zhou)齒輪(lun)(lun)減速(su)(su)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)齒輪(lun)(lun)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)現(xian)場(chang)靜平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)試(shi)驗。通常情況(kuang)下,在(zai)(zai)(zai)齒輪(lun)(lun)發生(sheng)靜態(tai)不(bu)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)時(shi),需要將被 測零件安裝在(zai)(zai)(zai)芯軸(zhou)(zhou)上,在(zai)(zai)(zai)專用的(de)(de)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)導軌(gui)支(zhi)架上進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)靜平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)試(shi)驗,常用的(de)(de)靜平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)支(zhi)架有(you)圓(yuan)柱(zhu)形(xing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)架和棱(leng)形(xing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)架兩種,結合生(sheng)產(chan)中的(de)(de)實際情況(kuang),如(ru)果(guo)將平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)行(xing)(xing)軸(zhou)(zhou)減速(su)(su)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)齒輪(lun)(lun)拆卸下來進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)試(shi)驗,所需時(shi)間長,經濟(ji)投入大,于是決定嘗試(shi)在(zai)(zai)(zai)現(xian)場(chang)利用F系列減速(su)(su)電機(ji)(ji)(ji)箱體(ti)替代(dai)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)導軌(gui)支(zhi)架,結合實際工(gong)(gong)礦(kuang)條件進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)試(shi)驗,這樣可(ke)又省去拆除、裝配等工(gong)(gong)序(xu),使平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)行(xing)(xing)軸(zhou)(zhou)減速(su)(su)機(ji)(ji)(ji)在(zai)(zai)(zai)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)狀態(tai)下即可(ke)獲得(de)較高的(de)(de)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)精度。
通過(guo)實踐,我(wo)們積累了定的經驗,具體的操作方(fang)(fang)法如下:找(zhao)正F系列減(jian)速電機下箱(xiang)體,水平(ping)(ping)度偏差(cha)為(wei)(wei)<0.02mm/1000mm,以保(bao)證靜平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)達到較高的精(jing)度。測(ce)定不平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)方(fang)(fang)位:用手盤動齒(chi)輪,使其緩慢轉(zhuan)動,待靜止(zhi)后(hou),在(zai)(zai)(zai)轉(zhuan)子(zi)外圓高點(dian)做標記,然(ran)后(hou)在(zai)(zai)(zai)相反的方(fang)(fang)向重(zhong)復操作,如此反復3-4次(ci),各(ge)標記的平(ping)(ping)均點(dian)即為(wei)(wei)輕點(dian),記作B點(dian)。若轉(zhuan)子(zi)存在(zai)(zai)(zai)不平(ping)(ping)衡(heng),則(ze)(ze)在(zai)(zai)(zai)靜止(zhi)狀態下,轉(zhuan)子(zi)的重(zhong)點(dian)A應位于下方(fang)(fang)位置,則(ze)(ze)A點(dian)即為(wei)(wei)不平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)量所在(zai)(zai)(zai)的方(fang)(fang)位,而上方(fang)(fang)為(wei)(wei)輕點(dian)B點(dian)。
測定(ding)平(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)大(da)小:先(xian)將平(ping)(ping)(ping)行(xing)軸(zhou)減(jian)速(su)箱被(bei)測零(ling)件的(de)(de)(de)A點(dian)(dian)(dian)(即(ji)偏重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)方位(wei))轉至水(shui)平(ping)(ping)(ping)位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),在(zai)A點(dian)(dian)(dian)對稱位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)配重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)圓上(shang)(shang)(shang)B點(dian)(dian)(dian)加試(shi)加配重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)Q,Q的(de)(de)(de)質量(liang)數(shu)值(zhi)由試(shi)驗確定(ding),即(ji)用彈簧秤的(de)(de)(de)讀(du)數(shu)即(ji)為(wei)該試(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量(liang),在(zai)B點(dian)(dian)(dian)加上(shang)(shang)(shang)試(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)后,將A點(dian)(dian)(dian)反轉180度,使(shi)其重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)新(xin)處于水(shui)平(ping)(ping)(ping)位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),然后在(zai)B點(dian)(dian)(dian)試(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部(bu)位(wei)粘貼(tie)上(shang)(shang)(shang)定(ding)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)附(fu)加試(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)g(碎(sui)磁鐵塊),其大(da)小剛好使(shi)F系列減(jian)速(su)電機齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)在(zai)偏重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)作(zuo)用下B點(dian)(dian)(dian)向(xiang)下轉動為(wei)止。分兩次測量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)為(wei)了(le)消除(chu)受(shou)軸(zhou)承摩擦力(li)的(de)(de)(de)影響造成的(de)(de)(de)測量(liang)誤差。欲使(shi)零(ling)件達到(dao)靜(jing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng),則在(zai)B點(dian)(dian)(dian)所加的(de)(de)(de)平(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)Q0=Q+1/2gd. 加上(shang)(shang)(shang)配重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)塊后,將齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)向(xiang)下、向(xiang)上(shang)(shang)(shang)兩個方向(xiang)轉動若干次,進行(xing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)品(pin)質檢查(cha),觀察齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)是(shi)否能夠在(zai)做任(ren)意位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)停留,若齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)能在(zai)任(ren)意位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)停留,說明(ming)(ming)齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)各位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)均處于相同的(de)(de)(de)平(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)狀態。若齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)不能在(zai)任(ren)何(he)位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)停留,則沿存在(zai)不明(ming)(ming)顯的(de)(de)(de)不平(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng),需(xu)要進行(xing)精平(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)
