  齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)減(jian)(jian)速電機在正常運轉(zhuan)時,由于齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)高(gao)速轉(zhuan)動,輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)齒(chi)(chi)不(bu)斷從齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)減(jian)(jian)速機箱體油(you)池內將潤(run)滑(hua)(hua)油(you)以(yi)油(you)流(liu)形式甩(shuai)到(dao)視孔蓋(gai)(gai)下的(de)(de)擋油(you)板(ban)(ban)上,進(jin)步通(tong)(tong)過通(tong)(tong)氣帽外(wai)溢(yi)。這(zhe)種潤(run)滑(hua)(hua)油(you)的(de)(de)外(wai)溢(yi)和齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)減(jian)(jian)速機的(de)(de)正反向運轉(zhuan)、潤(run)滑(hua)(hua)油(you)的(de)(de)黏(nian)度(du)(du)(du)以(yi)及減(jian)(jian)速機運轉(zhuan)時間(jian)的(de)(de)長短等因素有關。查明原因后,對原來的(de)(de)通(tong)(tong)氣帽結(jie)構(gou)進(jin)行調整,為了不(bu)讓油(you)流(liu)甩(shuai)到(dao)通(tong)(tong)氣帽上,加大(da)了視孔蓋(gai)(gai)與下部擋油(you)板(ban)(ban)之間(jian)的(de)(de)高(gao)度(du)(du)(du),同(tong)時加大(da)擋油(you)板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)長度(du)(du)(du)和寬度(du)(du)(du),擋油(you)板(ban)(ban)加高(gao)目(mu)的(de)(de)是讓甩(shuai)到(dao)擋油(you)板(ban)(ban)上部的(de)(de)油(you)流(liu)不(bu)聚集,可以(yi)隨時流(liu)走,就不(bu)會(hui)使(shi)油(you)流(liu)到(dao)達(da)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)減(jian)(jian)速電機通(tong)(tong)氣帽部位,也就不(bu)可能出現通(tong)(tong)氣帽溢(yi)油(you)現象(xiang),加大(da)擋油(you)板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)長度(du)(du)(du)和寬度(du)(du)(du)目(mu)的(de)(de)是減(jian)(jian)少被齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)甩(shuai)上的(de)(de)油(you)流(liu)飛濺到(dao)通(tong)(tong)氣塞(sai)的(de)(de)可能性。改進(jin)完成(cheng)后繼續(xu)試驗,將潤(run)滑(hua)(hua)油(you)加到(dao)正常油(you)位,經過3小時正反向連(lian)續(xu)運轉(zhuan),沒有出現溢(yi)油(you)現象(xiang)。
為了徹底(di)解決通氣(qi)(qi)帽溢(yi)(yi)油(you)(you)問題(ti),模擬用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)使用(yong)(yong)現(xian)場將(jiang)(jiang)潤(run)滑(hua)油(you)(you)加(jia)多時(shi)會不(bu)會出現(xian)溢(yi)(yi)油(you)(you)現(xian)象(xiang),將(jiang)(jiang)潤(run)滑(hua)油(you)(you)多加(jia)正(zheng)常值(zhi)的1/3,繼續試驗(yan),運(yun)轉時(shi)間延長(chang),通氣(qi)(qi)帽逐步出現(xian)溢(yi)(yi)油(you)(you)現(xian)象(xiang),原因分(fen)析:齒輪減速馬達運(yun)轉時(shi)齒輪由于浸油(you)(you)深(shen)度的加(jia)大,所攜帶潤(run)滑(hua)油(you)(you)甩出的油(you)(you)流(liu)也(ye)變(bian)大,油(you)(you)流(liu)在(zai)齒輪減速電機(ji)內(nei)部的相互碰撞導致(zhi)潤(run)滑(hua)油(you)(you)飛(fei)濺(jian)也(ye)在(zai)加(jia)劇,此時(shi)擋油(you)(you)板已不(bu)能將(jiang)(jiang)全部油(you)(you)流(liu)擋住(zhu)。
