F系列(lie)減(jian)速電機(ji)(ji)(ji)上(shang)現場靜平(ping)衡(heng)試驗。我(wo)們平(ping)常使(shi)用的(de)(de)平(ping)行軸減(jian)速機(ji)(ji)(ji),都屬于旋轉體,由于材質(zhi)不(bu)(bu)均勻、毛坯缺(que)陷、加(jia)工(gong)及裝配中產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)(de)誤(wu)差、設計時(shi)非對稱(cheng)幾何形狀等各種因(yin)(yin)素,使(shi)F系列(lie)減(jian)速電機(ji)(ji)(ji)在(zai)旋轉過程中,因(yin)(yin)存在(zai)不(bu)(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)而產(chan)生(sheng)離心(xin)慣性力,且隨著旋轉而不(bu)(bu)斷周期性地改(gai)變方(fang)向,使(shi)旋轉中心(xin)的(de)(de)位置無法固(gu)定不(bu)(bu)變,進而引起平(ping)行軸減(jian)速機(ji)(ji)(ji)機(ji)(ji)(ji)械振動、噪音、軸承(cheng)磨損加(jia)速、機(ji)(ji)(ji)械壽命縮(suo)短,嚴重(zhong)時(shi)會引發破壞性安全事故。

F系(xi)列(lie)(lie)減速(su)電機(ji)在(zai)更換低(di)帶(dai)軸(zhou)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)后,齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)存在(zai)明顯不平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng),為此,必須(xu)對F系(xi)列(lie)(lie)減速(su)電機(ji)進行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)試(shi)驗,使其工(gong)作(zuo)在(zai)允許(xu)的平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)精度范圍內(nei)。為了不影響正(zheng)常(chang)(chang)的生產秩序(xu),決(jue)定在(zai)施工(gong)現(xian)場對平(ping)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)軸(zhou)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)減速(su)機(ji)的齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)進行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)現(xian)場靜平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)試(shi)驗。通常(chang)(chang)情(qing)(qing)況下(xia)(xia),在(zai)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)發生靜態不平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)時(shi)(shi),需要將(jiang)被 測零件安裝在(zai)芯(xin)軸(zhou)上,在(zai)專用(yong)的平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)導(dao)軌(gui)支(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)(jia)上進行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)靜平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)試(shi)驗,常(chang)(chang)用(yong)的靜平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)支(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)(jia)有圓柱形平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)架(jia)(jia)和(he)棱形平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)架(jia)(jia)兩種,結合生產中的實(shi)際情(qing)(qing)況,如果將(jiang)平(ping)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)軸(zhou)減速(su)機(ji)的齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)拆卸下(xia)(xia)來進行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)試(shi)驗,所需時(shi)(shi)間長(chang),經濟投入大,于是(shi)決(jue)定嘗試(shi)在(zai)現(xian)場利(li)用(yong)F系(xi)列(lie)(lie)減速(su)電機(ji)箱體替(ti)代平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)導(dao)軌(gui)支(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)(jia),結合實(shi)際工(gong)礦條件進行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)試(shi)驗,這樣可又省去拆除、裝配等工(gong)序(xu),使平(ping)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)軸(zhou)減速(su)機(ji)在(zai)工(gong)作(zuo)狀態下(xia)(xia)即可獲得(de)較高的平(ping)衡(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)精度。
通過(guo)實踐(jian),我(wo)們積(ji)累(lei)了定的(de)(de)經驗,具體的(de)(de)操作方(fang)法如(ru)(ru)下(xia):找正F系列減速電機(ji)下(xia)箱體,水平度(du)偏差為<0.02mm/1000mm,以(yi)保證靜(jing)平衡(heng)達到較高的(de)(de)精度(du)。測定不(bu)平衡(heng)方(fang)位(wei):用手盤動(dong)齒輪,使其緩慢(man)轉(zhuan)動(dong),待靜(jing)止(zhi)后,在(zai)轉(zhuan)子外(wai)圓高點(dian)(dian)(dian)做標(biao)記(ji),然后在(zai)相反的(de)(de)方(fang)向重復操作,如(ru)(ru)此反復3-4次,各標(biao)記(ji)的(de)(de)平均點(dian)(dian)(dian)即為輕點(dian)(dian)(dian),記(ji)作B點(dian)(dian)(dian)。若轉(zhuan)子存在(zai)不(bu)平衡(heng),則在(zai)靜(jing)止(zhi)狀態下(xia),轉(zhuan)子的(de)(de)重點(dian)(dian)(dian)A應(ying)位(wei)于下(xia)方(fang)位(wei)置,則A點(dian)(dian)(dian)即為不(bu)平衡(heng)量所在(zai)的(de)(de)方(fang)位(wei),而上(shang)方(fang)為輕點(dian)(dian)(dian)B點(dian)(dian)(dian)。
測(ce)定平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)的(de)大小:先將平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)行(xing)(xing)軸減速(su)箱被測(ce)零件的(de)A點(dian)(dian)(dian)(即偏重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)方位(wei)(wei))轉(zhuan)(zhuan)至水(shui)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),在(zai)A點(dian)(dian)(dian)對(dui)稱(cheng)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)圓上(shang)B點(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)試加(jia)(jia)配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)Q,Q的(de)質量(liang)數值(zhi)由試驗確定,即用彈簧秤的(de)讀(du)數即為(wei)該試重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量(liang),在(zai)B點(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)上(shang)試重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)后(hou),將A點(dian)(dian)(dian)反(fan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)180度,使(shi)其(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)新處于水(shui)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),然后(hou)在(zai)B點(dian)(dian)(dian)試重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部位(wei)(wei)粘(zhan)貼上(shang)定重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)的(de)附加(jia)(jia)試重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)g(碎(sui)磁鐵塊(kuai)),其(qi)大小剛好使(shi)F系列(lie)減速(su)電機齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪在(zai)偏重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)作用下(xia)B點(dian)(dian)(dian)向(xiang)(xiang)下(xia)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)為(wei)止。分兩次測(ce)量(liang)的(de)目的(de)是(shi)為(wei)了消除(chu)受軸承(cheng)摩擦力的(de)影響造成(cheng)的(de)測(ce)量(liang)誤差(cha)。欲使(shi)零件達(da)到靜平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng),則在(zai)B點(dian)(dian)(dian)所加(jia)(jia)的(de)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)Q0=Q+1/2gd. 加(jia)(jia)上(shang)配(pei)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)塊(kuai)后(hou),將齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪向(xiang)(xiang)下(xia)、向(xiang)(xiang)上(shang)兩個方向(xiang)(xiang)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)若(ruo)干(gan)次,進(jin)行(xing)(xing)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)品(pin)質檢查,觀(guan)察齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪是(shi)否(fou)能夠(gou)在(zai)做(zuo)任意位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)停留(liu),若(ruo)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪能在(zai)任意位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)停留(liu),說明齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪各位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)均處于相同的(de)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)狀態(tai)。若(ruo)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪不(bu)能在(zai)任何位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)停留(liu),則沿存在(zai)不(bu)明顯的(de)不(bu)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng),需要(yao)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)精平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)衡(heng)(heng)
