  本文提出種(zhong)采用(yong)楔塊(kuai)的轉動(dong)(dong)來實現蝸(gua)輪(lun)、輸(shu)(shu)出軸之間的離合(he),使RV減速(su)機蝸(gua)輪(lun)輸(shu)(shu)出軸實現單向(xiang)驅動(dong)(dong),而輸(shu)(shu)出軸在無動(dong)(dong)力驅動(dong)(dong)時,可以避(bi)免(mian)自鎖,能(neng)手動(dong)(dong)轉動(dong)(dong),滿足了茶葉揉捻機在使用(yong)過(guo)程(cheng)中,當電(dian)機動(dong)(dong)力停止時,需(xu)要手動(dong)(dong)推動(dong)(dong)揉桶的要求,通過(guo)這次(ci)實際(ji)應(ying)用(yong)體現了楔塊(kuai)式(shi)單向(xiang)離合(he)軸承在蝸(gua)輪(lun)蝸(gua)桿減速(su)機上應(ying)用(yong)的優越(yue)性。
  
  這種(zhong)單向(xiang)離(li)(li)合(he)(he)蝸(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun)蝸(gua)(gua)桿減(jian)速(su)(su)箱(xiang),包(bao)括相互嚙合(he)(he)的(de)蝸(gua)(gua)桿、蝸(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun),蝸(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun)中心套設(she)有(you)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)軸(zhou),輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)軸(zhou)和蝸(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)采(cai)用軸(zhou)承(cheng)聯(lian)接,蝸(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun)與輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)軸(zhou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)設(she)有(you)兩(liang)個深溝球軸(zhou)承(cheng),兩(liang)個深溝球軸(zhou)承(cheng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)軸(zhou)為離(li)(li)合(he)(he)段(duan)(duan),RV減(jian)速(su)(su)機(ji)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)軸(zhou)的(de)離(li)(li)合(he)(he)段(duan)(duan)與蝸(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun)可離(li)(li)合(he)(he)配合(he)(he)。離(li)(li)合(he)(he)段(duan)(duan)與蝸(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun)內(nei)孔之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)有(you)環形(xing)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi),環形(xing)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)內(nei)均勻設(she)置有(you)若干可擺動(dong)的(de)楔(xie)塊(kuai)(kuai),楔(xie)塊(kuai)(kuai)為異型凸輪(lun)(lun)結構,各楔(xie)塊(kuai)(kuai)同向(xiang)設(she)置,楔(xie)塊(kuai)(kuai)通過環繞環形(xing)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)設(she)置的(de)保持架支撐,楔(xie)塊(kuai)(kuai)遠(yuan)端長度(du)(du)大于環形(xing)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)的(de)高(gao)度(du)(du),楔(xie)塊(kuai)(kuai)近端長度(du)(du)小于環形(xing)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)的(de)高(gao)度(du)(du),使(shi)楔(xie)塊(kuai)(kuai)在(zai)(zai)NMRV減(jian)速(su)(su)機(ji)蝸(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun)或輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)軸(zhou)帶動(dong)轉動(dong)時(shi),能實現(xian)抱緊和分離(li)(li)狀(zhuang)態的(de)轉換(huan),實現(xian)離(li)(li)合(he)(he)。楔(xie)塊(kuai)(kuai)腰部沿環形(xing)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)環周(zhou)方向(xiang)設(she)有(you)彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)槽(cao),彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)嵌設(she)在(zai)(zai)每個楔(xie)塊(kuai)(kuai)的(de)彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)槽(cao)內(nei),彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)提(ti)供(gong)預(yu)緊力(li),使(shi)楔(xie)塊(kuai)(kuai)始(shi)終保持與蝸(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun)蝸(gua)(gua)桿減(jian)速(su)(su)機(ji)中蝸(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun)內(nei)孔、輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)軸(zhou)外壁(bi)的(de)接觸,避(bi)免離(li)(li)合(he)(he)失效。
