潤(run)滑油的選(xuan)擇:立(li)窯用(yong)蝸(gua)(gua)輪(lun)蝸(gua)(gua)桿減速(su)(su)機(ji)(ji)屬于低(di)速(su)(su)重載傳動,工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)條件(jian)差,有的廠家使用(yong)的潤(run)滑油為般機(ji)(ji)械油,由(you)于粘度低(di),形不(bu)成油膜,造成齒面磨損發熱(re)(re)嚴重,引起膠合,建議該RV減速(su)(su)機(ji)(ji)應選(xuan)用(yong) 52號過熱(re)(re)汽缸油或極壓齒輪(lun)油潤(run)滑。采用(yong)制(zhi)造人工(gong)(gong)(gong)油涵(han)的方(fang)法加工(gong)(gong)(gong)蝸(gua)(gua)輪(lun),制(zhi)造人工(gong)(gong)(gong)油涵(han)不(bu)僅可改(gai)善潤(run)滑條件(jian),降(jiang)低(di)摩擦系數和(he)(he)應力,從(cong)而提高(gao)蝸(gua)(gua)輪(lun)蝸(gua)(gua)桿減速(su)(su)機(ji)(ji)承載的能力和(he)(he)效(xiao)率,而且(qie)可以消除對角接(jie)觸現象,從(cong)而減少(shao)裝配工(gong)(gong)(gong)的修配工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)量(liang)。
