蝸輪蝸桿減速機傳動精度調整

    蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun)蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)桿(gan)減(jian)速機(ji)(ji)傳動(dong)精度調(diao)(diao)(diao)整(zheng)。將(jiang)RV減(jian)速機(ji)(ji)的(de)蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun)裝在(zai)殼體中(zhong),推力球軸承與RV減(jian)速機(ji)(ji)殼體間用調(diao)(diao)(diao)整(zheng)墊調(diao)(diao)(diao)整(zheng),否則(ze)蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun)傳動(dong)中(zhong)心線(xian)將(jiang)與蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)桿(gan)傳動(dong)中(zhong)心線(xian)不重(zhong)合(he),用手調(diao)(diao)(diao)整(zheng)RV減(jian)速機(ji)(ji)的(de)蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun)、蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)桿(gan)到(dao)佳的(de)狀態,用表檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)及檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)接觸精度。用表檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)時,將(jiang)千分表放在(zai)蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun)蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)桿(gan)減(jian)速機(ji)(ji)殼體端面上(shang),蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun)回轉(zhuan)周(zhou),千分表讀(du)數波(bo)動(dong)值要(yao)小于(yu)0.025毫(hao)米,否則(ze)重(zhong)新調(diao)(diao)(diao)整(zheng)裝配,檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun)蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)桿(gan)減(jian)速機(ji)(ji)嚙合(he)狀態。

安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)O型(xing)圈于(yu)蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪及聯(lian)接(jie)法蘭(lan)上,在(zai)聯(lian)接(jie)法蘭(lan)與蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪間(jian)墊(dian)(dian)上0.2毫(hao)米(mi)(mi)(mi)墊(dian)(dian)片(pian),之(zhi)后(hou)(hou)將聯(lian)接(jie)法蘭(lan)安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)于(yu)蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)桿(gan)減(jian)(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)(su)器殼體上,用(yong)工藝墊(dian)(dian)片(pian)進(jin)行調(diao)(diao)整(zheng),工藝墊(dian)(dian)片(pian)貫穿整(zheng)個裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配過程,待后(hou)(hou)測試無(wu)問題后(hou)(hou),再磨削實際墊(dian)(dian)并(bing)將其換(huan)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)到產(chan)品中。安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)合適尺寸墊(dian)(dian)片(pian)時須(xu)再次(ci)拆裝(zhuang)(zhuang)法蘭(lan),切記不(bu)(bu)得損壞O型(xing)密封(feng)圈,調(diao)(diao)整(zheng)好將聯(lian)接(jie)法蘭(lan)與蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪間(jian)墊(dian)(dian)上的0.2毫(hao)米(mi)(mi)(mi)墊(dian)(dian)片(pian)拆下。翻轉蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)桿(gan)減(jian)(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)(su)機,先將密封(feng)圈安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)于(yu)定(ding)(ding)位套上,安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)定(ding)(ding)位套于(yu)RV減(jian)(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)(su)機殼體中,用(yong)沉頭六角螺栓固定(ding)(ding)。這(zhe)些螺栓裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配調(diao)(diao)整(zheng)好用(yong)膠防(fang)止松動且保證安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)鎖緊。將蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)桿(gan)減(jian)(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)(su)機固定(ding)(ding)在(zai)返(fan)平(ping)誤差(cha)小(xiao)于(yu)0.05毫(hao)米(mi)(mi)(mi)的墊(dian)(dian)鐵上,斜齒輪減(jian)(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)(su)機殼體與墊(dian)(dian)鐵支承面用(yong)0.03毫(hao)米(mi)(mi)(mi)塞尺塞不(bu)(bu)進(jin)。將推力軸承游隙消除(軸承不(bu)(bu)轉)。在(zai)定(ding)(ding)位套下面同時等分(fen)壓(ya)3塊3塊千(qian)(qian)分(fen)表(biao),用(yong)千(qian)(qian)斤(jin)(不(bu)(bu)低于(yu)60KN)緊定(ding)(ding)位套,3次(ci),每(mei)次(ci)轉120度(du),觀察千(qian)(qian)分(fen)表(biao)變(bian)化值(zhi),3次(ci)3個千(qian)(qian)分(fen)表(biao)的9個值(zhi)應在(zai)0.1-0.2mm范圍內(nei),且大值(zhi)與小(xiao)值(zhi)間(jian)相(xiang)差(cha)小(xiao)于(yu)0.03毫(hao)米(mi)(mi)(mi),否則(ze)分(fen)析(xi)原因,進(jin)行修整(zheng),之(zhi)后(hou)(hou)確定(ding)(ding)調(diao)(diao)整(zheng)墊(dian)(dian)圈,根據(ju)厚度(du)值(zhi)重(zhong)新(xin)調(diao)(diao)整(zheng)工藝墊(dian)(dian)厚度(du)并(bing)安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang),之(zhi)后(hou)(hou)安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)RV減(jian)(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)(su)機的拉桿(gan)。
 
將(jiang)拉桿旋入位置漏出RV減速(su)機(ji)殼體下端面190毫米,再將(jiang)螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)套(tao)裝(zhuang)配到(dao)定位套(tao)上(shang),用(yong)300N.m的力(li)矩(ju)(ju)旋緊,減速(su)箱力(li)矩(ju)(ju)扳手接(jie)頭體用(yong)力(li)矩(ju)(ju)扳手連(lian)接(jie)板與(yu)齒板聯接(jie)并緊固(gu)。在其上(shang)焊連(lian)接(jie)螺(luo)(luo)母(mu)。先根據齒板實(shi)際(ji)厚度、定位套(tao)實(shi)際(ji)高度值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)及(ji)螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)套(tao)的實(shi)際(ji)長度值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),計算出螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)套(tao)與(yu)定位套(tao)間(jian)的間(jian)隙值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi) 0.17毫米,之后擰緊螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)套(tao),再回轉半圈,檢(jian)查間(jian)隙值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),如果間(jian)隙值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)不合適(shi),用(yong)力(li)矩(ju)(ju)扳手調(diao)節螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)直(zhi)到(dao)間(jian)隙值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)合適(shi)。之后將(jiang)螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)套(tao)與(yu)蝸輪蝸桿減速(su)機(ji)用(yong)齒板鎖緊、固(gu)定。
