   齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪減速(su)(su)(su)(su)機低(di)速(su)(su)(su)(su)軸(zhou)(zhou)頸(jing)(jing)的(de)修復(fu)。在(zai)本人(ren)接觸到的(de)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪減速(su)(su)(su)(su)機維修案例中,其中有臺(tai)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪減速(su)(su)(su)(su)電(dian)機低(di)速(su)(su)(su)(su)軸(zhou)(zhou)表面(mian)(mian)呈現索形、淚痕狀凹坑(keng)(keng),深度(du)為0.03-0.05mm.凹坑(keng)(keng)內表面(mian)(mian)粗糙、發暗,安裝研瓦(wa)時,齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪減速(su)(su)(su)(su)機軸(zhou)(zhou)頸(jing)(jing)表面(mian)(mian)粘(zhan)上(shang)了(le)鎢金(jin)粉末,鎢金(jin)瓦(wa)表面(mian)(mian)被(bei)刮傷(shang)。因此這低(di)速(su)(su)(su)(su)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪軸(zhou)(zhou)已經(jing)無(wu)法(fa)(fa)正常(chang)安裝使用。出現問題(ti)主要是在(zai)運輸和加工過程中對軸(zhou)(zhou)頸(jing)(jing)表面(mian)(mian)保護不力,被(bei)腐蝕性(xing)液(ye)體(ti)侵入齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪減速(su)(su)(su)(su)電(dian)機低(di)速(su)(su)(su)(su)軸(zhou)(zhou),導致出現前面(mian)(mian)所講(jiang)的(de)凹坑(keng)(keng)。為了(le)跟上(shang)生產的(de)進度(du),就得(de)想(xiang)辦法(fa)(fa)修復(fu)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪減速(su)(su)(su)(su)電(dian)機軸(zhou)(zhou)頸(jing)(jing)。

齒輪減速(su)(su)機(ji)(ji)軸頸(jing)(jing)修復(fu)(fu)方(fang)案(an)選擇:用臥(wo)式車床砂輪磨修軸頸(jing)(jing),此種(zhong)(zhong)方(fang)法(fa)不太容易(yi)實現;第二種(zhong)(zhong)方(fang)法(fa)是整體運(yun)到(dao)減速(su)(su)機(ji)(ji)工廠(chang),把軸從大齒輪孔(kong)中壓出來(lai),修復(fu)(fu)齒輪減速(su)(su)電機(ji)(ji)軸頸(jing)(jing)或(huo)者更換(huan)新軸,在壓出時,輪芯(xin)外圈需加(jia)熱,此法(fa)很容易(yi)將齒輪內孔(kong)與軸外圓損壞拉傷;第三種(zhong)(zhong)方(fang)法(fa)是制作研具,手工研磨齒輪減速(su)(su)電機(ji)(ji)軸頸(jing)(jing)。上術三種(zhong)(zhong)方(fang)案(an)中,前兩種(zhong)(zhong)方(fang)案(an)很難實現,只有采取第三種(zhong)(zhong)方(fang)案(an)。

粗研(yan)(yan)時用(yong)(yong)120度(du)剛玉80%,油酸15%,10號(hao)機油5%調配(pei)成研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)劑,均勻地(di)涂敷在(zai)清洗干凈的(de)研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)胎具表面,放在(zai)干凈的(de)齒(chi)輪減速機軸(zhou)(zhou)頸(jing)上(shang),兩(liang)人分別站在(zai)軸(zhou)(zhou)頸(jing)兩(liang)側均勻用(yong)(yong)力(li)上(shang)下(xia)轉(zhuan)動(dong)研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)胎具,使(shi)胎具沿軸(zhou)(zhou)頸(jing)圓(yuan)周方向30度(du)來(lai)回運動(dong),并(bing)有(you)軸(zhou)(zhou)向移動(dong),兩(liang)端軸(zhou)(zhou)頸(jing)由兩(liang)組人同時研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo),在(zai)進行中要經(jing)常更換(huan)研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)劑。并(bing)要經(jing)常測量(liang)(liang),以控制研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)尺寸(cun),使(shi)其各部位研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)量(liang)(liang)均勻,研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)周后實(shi)際測量(liang)(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)頸(jing)尺寸(cun)。研(yan)(yan)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)結果表明,齒(chi)輪軸(zhou)(zhou)頸(jing)可以正(zheng)常使(shi)用(yong)(yong)。
