蝸(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)蝸(gua)(gua)桿(gan)減(jian)(jian)速(su)機(ji)傳(chuan)動精度(du)調(diao)整。將(jiang)RV減(jian)(jian)速(su)機(ji)的蝸(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)裝在殼體(ti)中,推力球(qiu)軸承(cheng)與(yu)RV減(jian)(jian)速(su)機(ji)殼體(ti)間用調(diao)整墊(dian)調(diao)整,否則蝸(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)傳(chuan)動中心線(xian)將(jiang)與(yu)蝸(gua)(gua)桿(gan)傳(chuan)動中心線(xian)不(bu)重合,用手調(diao)整RV減(jian)(jian)速(su)機(ji)的蝸(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)、蝸(gua)(gua)桿(gan)到佳的狀態(tai),用表檢(jian)(jian)查及檢(jian)(jian)查接觸精度(du)。用表檢(jian)(jian)查時,將(jiang)千(qian)分表放在蝸(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)蝸(gua)(gua)桿(gan)減(jian)(jian)速(su)機(ji)殼體(ti)端面上,蝸(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)回(hui)轉(zhuan)周,千(qian)分表讀數波動值要小于0.025毫米(mi),否則重新調(diao)整裝配,檢(jian)(jian)查蝸(gua)(gua)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)蝸(gua)(gua)桿(gan)減(jian)(jian)速(su)機(ji)嚙(nie)合狀態(tai)。

安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)O型(xing)圈(quan)(quan)于蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪及聯接法(fa)蘭(lan)(lan)上,在(zai)(zai)聯接法(fa)蘭(lan)(lan)與蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪間墊(dian)(dian)(dian)上0.2毫米墊(dian)(dian)(dian)片(pian)(pian),之后將(jiang)(jiang)聯接法(fa)蘭(lan)(lan)安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)于蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)桿(gan)減(jian)(jian)速(su)器殼(ke)體上,用工(gong)藝墊(dian)(dian)(dian)片(pian)(pian)進行調(diao)整,工(gong)藝墊(dian)(dian)(dian)片(pian)(pian)貫穿整個裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)配過程,待(dai)后測試無問題后,再磨(mo)削(xue)實際墊(dian)(dian)(dian)并將(jiang)(jiang)其換裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)到(dao)產品中。安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)合適尺寸墊(dian)(dian)(dian)片(pian)(pian)時須再次(ci)(ci)拆裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)法(fa)蘭(lan)(lan),切記不得(de)損(sun)壞O型(xing)密封(feng)圈(quan)(quan),調(diao)整好將(jiang)(jiang)聯接法(fa)蘭(lan)(lan)與蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪間墊(dian)(dian)(dian)上的0.2毫米墊(dian)(dian)(dian)片(pian)(pian)拆下(xia)。翻轉蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)桿(gan)減(jian)(jian)速(su)機(ji),先將(jiang)(jiang)密封(feng)圈(quan)(quan)安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)于定(ding)(ding)(ding)位(wei)套(tao)上,安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)定(ding)(ding)(ding)位(wei)套(tao)于RV減(jian)(jian)速(su)機(ji)殼(ke)體中,用沉頭六角螺栓固定(ding)(ding)(ding)。這些螺栓裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)配調(diao)整好用膠防(fang)止松動(dong)且(qie)保證安(an)(an)(an)全鎖(suo)緊(jin)(jin)。將(jiang)(jiang)蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)輪蝸(gua)(gua)(gua)桿(gan)減(jian)(jian)速(su)機(ji)固定(ding)(ding)(ding)在(zai)(zai)返平誤差小于0.05毫米的墊(dian)(dian)(dian)鐵(tie)上,斜齒輪減(jian)(jian)速(su)機(ji)殼(ke)體與墊(dian)(dian)(dian)鐵(tie)支承(cheng)面用0.03毫米塞(sai)尺塞(sai)不進。將(jiang)(jiang)推力軸(zhou)承(cheng)游隙消除(軸(zhou)承(cheng)不轉)。在(zai)(zai)定(ding)(ding)(ding)位(wei)套(tao)下(xia)面同時等分(fen)壓3塊3塊千(qian)分(fen)表(biao),用千(qian)斤(不低于60KN)緊(jin)(jin)定(ding)(ding)(ding)位(wei)套(tao),3次(ci)(ci),每次(ci)(ci)轉120度(du),觀察千(qian)分(fen)表(biao)變化值,3次(ci)(ci)3個千(qian)分(fen)表(biao)的9個值應在(zai)(zai)0.1-0.2mm范圍內,且(qie)大(da)值與小值間相(xiang)差小于0.03毫米,否則分(fen)析(xi)原因,進行修(xiu)整,之后確定(ding)(ding)(ding)調(diao)整墊(dian)(dian)(dian)圈(quan)(quan),根(gen)據(ju)厚度(du)值重(zhong)新調(diao)整工(gong)藝墊(dian)(dian)(dian)厚度(du)并安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang),之后安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)RV減(jian)(jian)速(su)機(ji)的拉(la)桿(gan)。
將拉桿旋入位置漏出(chu)RV減(jian)速機殼體下端面190毫米(mi),再將螺紋(wen)(wen)套(tao)(tao)(tao)裝配(pei)到(dao)定位套(tao)(tao)(tao)上(shang),用(yong)(yong)300N.m的(de)力(li)矩(ju)(ju)旋緊,減(jian)速箱(xiang)力(li)矩(ju)(ju)扳手接(jie)頭體用(yong)(yong)力(li)矩(ju)(ju)扳手連(lian)接(jie)板(ban)與(yu)(yu)齒板(ban)聯接(jie)并(bing)緊固(gu)。在其上(shang)焊(han)連(lian)接(jie)螺母(mu)。先根(gen)據齒板(ban)實(shi)際(ji)(ji)厚(hou)度(du)、定位套(tao)(tao)(tao)實(shi)際(ji)(ji)高度(du)值及螺紋(wen)(wen)套(tao)(tao)(tao)的(de)實(shi)際(ji)(ji)長度(du)值,計(ji)算出(chu)螺紋(wen)(wen)套(tao)(tao)(tao)與(yu)(yu)定位套(tao)(tao)(tao)間的(de)間隙(xi)值 0.17毫米(mi),之后擰(ning)緊螺紋(wen)(wen)套(tao)(tao)(tao),再回轉半(ban)圈(quan),檢(jian)查間隙(xi)值,如(ru)果(guo)間隙(xi)值不(bu)合適,用(yong)(yong)力(li)矩(ju)(ju)扳手調節(jie)螺紋(wen)(wen)直到(dao)間隙(xi)值合適。之后將螺紋(wen)(wen)套(tao)(tao)(tao)與(yu)(yu)蝸(gua)輪蝸(gua)桿減(jian)速機用(yong)(yong)齒板(ban)鎖緊、固(gu)定。
